Right of withdrawal

1. Cancellation and Modification

1.1 Once an order has been placed on our website, you may cancel or modify it by sending us an email as soon as possible at luzdealmacontact@gmail.com.

1.2 Once the order has been packaged, it can no longer be canceled or modified. In that case, the order must be returned to us in accordance with the return conditions indicated in section 2. Our products are shipped from Asia, so delivery times may be longer. We have no control over this. If the goods are already in transit, cancellation is no longer possible. Of course, you can inform us in advance of your intention to cancel. In that case, please provide us with shipping confirmation. Please note: an advance refund is only possible 16 weeks after the order, and only if the goods have not been delivered.

1.3 We operate with a fully automated processing system. Therefore, orders are activated immediately after being placed. It is not possible to interrupt the shipping process. Only within 15 minutes after placing the order can a cancellation with an immediate refund be made.

1.4 It is possible to make an exchange. If you wish to exchange an item (for example, for another size or color), please contact us by email. It is not necessary to return the original item. You may keep it, and you will receive the desired size from us for a shipping cost of only €9.99. After receiving payment, we will send the replacement item as soon as possible.

2. Returns and Refunds

2.1 You have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving it. This period begins on the day you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) receives the last item of your order.

2.2 You may return both defective and non-defective items, provided they meet the following conditions.

2.3 Items must be in new condition:
– not used
– not washed
– with all original tags
– in the original packaging

Returns that do not meet these requirements may be rejected. Damaged or visibly used items are excluded from refunds.

2.4 Returns must be sent by postal mail. It is recommended to use a tracked shipping method, so the return can be monitored.

2.5 Return label: you can download and print a return label from our website.
Please note: return shipping costs are borne by the customer. The label is only an aid – we do not reimburse shipping costs.

2.6 We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items.

2.7 Once we have received and verified your return, you will receive confirmation by email. Our goal is to process the refund within 30 days of receiving the return. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original order.

2.8 A cancellation or return will be considered completed once we have physically received and inspected the goods.
